Jobsandremote.com is partnering with a local insurance agency to join their dynamic and supportive team as a Worker’s Compensation Claims Adjuster! This remote, full-time role offers the flexibility to choose your own hours while earning from $60,000 a year. Travel is required up to 25%.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Investigate and settle workers’ compensation claims
- Set and maintain proper reserves
- Communicate effectively with involved parties
- Create and implement action plans
- Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and ethical standards
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to learn fast and make research
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
